I'm ENGAGED! I'm so happy I can barely stand it. As most of my readers know, I have been dating my best friend since I was in 8th grade. We never knew it would turn in to something like this, but little did I know, my boy had a HUGE surprise waiting for me the last few months.
My family went to the beach this week and he was supposed to take his little sister to camp in North Carolina and later meet up with us. HOWEVER, the lies started on Friday and he flew to Michigan to get me the puppy of my dreams. Everyone, please meet my FIANCE and our adorable baby, Toby:
This picture was taken right before he got down on one knee. It was so perfect, everything I could ever want. This blog will take a turn from wedding inspiration for other couples to documenting my journey of planning our wedding. I can't wait to share it all with you! No date planned yet, but most likely sometime in 2010. We are just enjoying this moment with friends and family and most importantly, each other! Did I mention he did this all in HIS birthday!?
